A friend gave this to me to try when I complained about my severe sleep apnea. It doesn’t help open my airways, but it does keep me from consciously waking up at night. I’ve tracked the difference with my sleep apnea machine and it’s clearly making a positive impact. Now I’m a convert. One little warning: I can only take 1/4 of the tube at bedtime - any more makes it really hard to get up. So you’ll want to experiment.)
