I was surprised how quickly this worked.

I fell down rollerskating and the next day had extensive bruising and pain that interfered with my morning workout. After using the freeze gel over my leg the pain literally vanished within a couple of hours, and I was able to do my afternoon workout with zero pain. I really didn't believe it. Highly recommend - two thumbs up!
